Payment can be made directly on the check out page by inserting your credit card details into the payment section or you can also pay with PayPal. Types of card accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account to use PayPal for credit card payments.
Payments are made using SSL and your personal details are encrypted.
We do not store any credit card details on our servers, nor do we see your credit card details.
Payment is processed upon submission of your order.

An email confirmation of payment is sent to you when an order is placed.
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment we reserve the right not to accept your order.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer.
Please note that the true colours of some of the products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
We deliver to all states of Australia. All shipments can be tracked online and a signature may be required upon delivery.
Please provide a postage address where you will be located during the day. If you will not be at home, we suggest you supply your office or workplace. In the situation you cannot be located, a note will be left with options for re-delivery or for pick up from your nearest depot.
Delivery to a PO Box or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.
Some products are delivered direct from the supplier and may take between 2–3 weeks to gather. This means that you may expect multiple deliveries depending on the products that you have ordered.

Shipping cost calculated in the basket depends on the weight and dimensions of the items and your delivery location. Items that you have chosen may come from more than one location and additional delivery charges may be incurred.
If you are about to purchase items that will be shipped directly from our suppliers, you will be informed at the top of both your basket and check out pages.
ESTIMATED DISPATCH & SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Items you have ordered that we hold within our warehouse will be dispatched within 3–4 business days. Items you have ordered that will be sent direct from suppliers may see between 2–3 weeks for delivery. If you have items delivered direct from our suppliers, you will be informed when you are viewing your cart, and also at the check out stage.
Delivery times can vary depending on the order destination and shipping method. The delivery estimates below are calculated from the time of dispatch.
If we know that delivery will take more than the estimates below, we will inform you immediately.

CONDITIONS FOR ORDER DISPATCH
All items must be paid in full before we arrange shipment.
We must have the correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact phone number.
Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Without this information, orders will not be processed . We will not be not held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
At this moment we do not offer an international delivery.
If you have not received your order within the stated or reasonable time frame please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond to your query within 48 business hours.

Common reasons your payment may be declined:
Incorrect billing address and phone number
Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.
Credit card limit reached
Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try increasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit or has not reached its limit.
Credit / Debit Card Number
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.
Credit / Debit Card Expiration date
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.
PayPal account out of funds
Make sure funds are available in the PayPal account. You can try to place your order using PayPal account with the updated information or a different credit card.
